Remaining Evaluation Schedule:
Must apologize for the delay, we were trying to secure gyms for this weekend, but we were unable to do so, therefore we will be hosting the remaining evaluation session this coming week as follows:
Monday March 18th
- U13 Boys / 6:00-7:30pm - Broxton Park School, Spruce Grove
- U15 Boys / 7:40-9:15pm - Broxton Park School, Spruce Grove
- U18 Girls / 6:00-7:30pm - John Paul 2, Stony Plain
- U18 Boys / 7:30-9:00pm - John Paul 2, Stony Plain
Tuesday March 19th
- U11 Boys / 6:00-7:30pm - John Paul 2, Stony Plain
Wednesday March 20th
- U13 Girls / 6:15-7:45pm - Broxton Park School, Spruce Grove
- U15 Girls / 7:45-9:15pm - Broxton Park School, Spruce Grove
- U11 Girls / 6:00-7:30pm - John Paul 2, Stony Plain
*Please be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early, BRING A BASKETBALL, indoor shoes, and a water bottle. Parents, please stick around for some quick in person updates. *

FEES UPDATES:
Please remember you are to log into your existing RAMP account to pay the fees that have been added to your package. Anyone that has had the fees added is guaranteed a spot and will be placed on a team. Jerseys have been ordered, and teams have been registered with their respective leagues of play based on these registration numbers. The leagues we have registered with will charge our organization a penalty fee if we are forced to withdraw a team at this point. By signing up and attending the first evaluation you have committed to participating.
Any withdrawals moving forward will be subject to a penalty fee of $100.00 that will remain on your account until it is paid.
If you are on a waitlist, you will NOT see the fee’s yet, they will be added as roster spots become available. We still want your child at evaluations, so we best know how to place them if and when spots become available.
Registrations were done on a first come basis and we are following that list based on the date you -registered. Goal is to place everyone.
If you are having issues logging back into you RAMP account, please contact ramp help desk at 780-487-7267. You must use the same username and password you did when you did your initial registration.

Age Categories
ALL ATHLETES MUST REGISTER IN **APPROPRIATE** AGE CATEGORIES LISTED BELOW
Eight Divisions of Play
11U Boys and Girls. Born in 2013 or later (Play on 10 Foot hoops and 5 on 5)
13U Boys and Girls. Born in 2011-2012
15U Boys and Girls. Born in 2009-2010
18U Boys and Girls. Born in 2006-2008
No Overage Players are allowed. If you have a single overage player your team must move up to that players age category.
Types of Game Play
Each Coach will choose whether their team will play in one of the 3 options:
- League Play Only: EYBA or Jasper Place League (10-12 games)
- League Play & Tournaments: 1 -2 Tournaments in addition to EYBA or Jasper Place League (13-17 games)
- Tournaments only: 3-4 Tournaments (9-16 games) Weekend Games.

13U Girls - Tuesday nights and Saturdays
15U Boys - Thursday Nights and Saturdays

18U Girls - Wednesday Nights and Saturdays
18U Boys - Sunday Nights (typically start after 3:00 PM) and Saturdays
Guaranteed 10 games
Majority of EYBA Games will be played at these Facilities:
- The EYBA Centre (NEW floors on Court 2 and 3 to match our feature Court 1)
- Saville Centre
- Legacy Athletics
Occasional School Gym Use TBA (Locations to be included on schedule)
JASPER League Play Info
- U15 & 18 GIRLS = Mon & Wed
- U15 & 18 BOYS = Tues & Thurs
All games at Jasper Place High school, both Leagues use Licensed EBOA officials.
10-11 Games.
Practices
All teams will get at minimal 1 practice per week in Parkland gyms. Night to vary depending on coaches availability and game nights.
Once team rosters are finalized and we have determined the skill level of each group we will know which league and tournaments each team will be playing in. Once that has been set, we will schedule practice nights that do not conflict.
Cost
FEES (Based on programs mentioned above)
- Tryout Fee: $25.00 / Athlete (nonrefundable)
- Athletes selected will have the $25.00 tryout fee deducted from program fee.
Note: Our goal is to place everyone, number of coaches and registrants will dictate team availability. We will do our best to find or create programming for those not selected.
Once selected and placed on a team the program fee will be added to your registration for payment to be made.
- 11U League Play Only = approx. $290.00-$335.00 Total
- 13U, 15U, 18U League Play & possible 1-2 Tournaments: $350.00 - $375.00
- Tournaments only / 3-4 local Tournaments, cost to TBD by number of tournaments and each tournament associated cost. This will be shared before tryouts.
Please note: Once an athlete has attended an evaluation and has been selected for a team or program, those fees are due within 72hrs. Withdrawal due medical reasons may be taken into consideration.
